These Terms apply to all users, including team members, administrators, and organization owners.

Squad Hero is a team engagement and feedback platform that enables organizations to:

  • Conduct pulse surveys and collect anonymous feedback
  • Run team retrospectives and collaborative sessions
  • Track and manage team actions and improvements
  • Monitor team engagement and sentiment over time

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
